The Merchants’ Warehouse is a Grade II listed building, thought to have been built in the late 1820s. It is situated at the Castlefield Basin, the junction of the Bridgewater Canal and Rochdale Canal.
In 1997 it was converted into studios and offices by Ian Simpson Architects.
